Your university Microsoft 365 account (also known as your OCU email account or Bluelink account) is used to access almost all services including but not limited to Bluelink and D2L. The account can be managed through Microsoft 365 but here are a few ways to help you out.
Here you can manage your account used to access wifi, printing services, Apple computers, and public computers in the library (other than the lab). You can change your password, recover a lost password, and manage your recovery security question for this specific account.
